I want to thank each and every one of you who read this blog daily.
I want to thank those of you who took the time to tell me why you read. Your comments were overwhelming. At one point I felt embarrassed, feeling as I
had been digging for compliments.
But I wasn’t.
I just needed to know that you’re here. That you are getting something out of your experience here.
One hundred and twenty-five of your, dear readers, left me a comment or sent me an email in reply to the blog post (I entered you in the contest). Thank you for taking the time to tell me what you like and what you’d like to continue to see, including:
- recipes
- photos of Colorado
- ideas on how to incorporate your veganism into your career
- chocolate and cats (me, too!)
- how an omnivore and vegan can live happily together
- encouragement on your vegan journey
- information and resources
- balanced fitness
- animal rights activism
- tales from the over-40 perspective
- a balance of healthy foods and indulgence foods
- and much, much more
Have I said thank you enough yet?! THANK YOU!
So, I did the drawing:
and the winner is Saniel, who said:
Wow, vegan for life, Saniel! Congrats for winning but even bigger congrats for a life-time of compassion! Who better to get a copy of Vegan for Life (and Main Street Vegan) than you? You are a living example and you can help others see how easy it is. I’ve sent you an email – be sure to be in touch with your address so I can send you both books!
Thank you, one and all, for your valuable input and your absolutely incredible support!

These books are moving from the wishlist to the cart on Amazon today 🙂
They are such a great addition to your vegan library, @1912fdf67e7054db4643531811c951c9:disqus!
I actually went out into the world (GASP!) to a real brick and mortar bookstore to buy them! I got halfway through Main Street Vegan in one day. I love it!!
You went old-schook @1912fdf67e7054db4643531811c951c9:disqus ! Love it!
Congratulations, Saniel!
