The Vegan Rice Cooker: Meatless Monday Meal Plan (12/9/13)

If you’ve read my FAQ’s (have you read my FAQ’s?!) you know that I have an obsession with my rice and pressure cookers.  I’m a lazy cook and I like my meals in minutes – or at least with as little effort as possible – so the rice cooker really helps.
