Pressure cookers have been rocking in my kitchen this month! As many of you know, I’m working on the my second book and I’ve been incredibly busy creating recipes. For those of you waiting to hear from me about recipe testing – yeah, well, I realized I had a lot to create before I could pass them along for testing. I’ll be in touch soon! Promise!

Now, you all know that I’m not a fancy food photographer, and these recipes are in development, but I thought you might be interested in how things are going with my vegan pressure cooking.
