I made it home from Ohio last night, safe and sound.
While the weather held out in Cincinnati for a nearly standing room only class at Park + Vine, where this lovely attendee won a Fagor America multicooker …
…snow and ice rolled into Columbus, OH on Sunday. But that didn’t stop folks from coming to a very special, intimate class that concluded with a full dinner.
I cannot believe how much I’m loving this book tour! Spreading the pressure cooker love, talking plant-based foods, and sharing the vegan message, well, what’s better than that?!
While I’ve enjoyed the past 24 hours home, and I look forward to a second night in a row sleeping in my own bed with hubby and cats, tomorrow I’m off again. I’ll spend two days in LA with a client at Natural Products Expo West and from there I’m off to Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. What’s going on?
Well…
Saturday I’m doing an in-store event in Portland, OR at one of my favorite places on earth: Herbivore Clothing Company. I will do a FREE Vegan Pressure Cooking 101 class + demo a quick and easy dessert recipe from the book. Oh, and by attending you’re entered to win this:
Join me in Portland! RSVP here.
Sunday I will be in Vancouver, WA at Chuck’s Produce (Mill Plain) where I will do another FREE, 90-minute class. To RSVP for this class sign up at the Customer Service desk or call 360-597-2700.
