LIVE Pressure Cooking Chat (and Giveaway) + Candida Kick-Start

Tomorrow (Tuesday, March 3) at 2 pm EST I will join my friend Heather Nicholds for a LIVE chat, answering Everything You Want To Know About Vegan Pressure Cooking!

You can watch here (simply hit the play button on the video above at 2pm EST) or watch on Heather’s site or on YouTube.  Heather is giving away a copy of Vegan Pressure Cooking, too!

And starting March 5, my friend Ricki Heller, author of Living Candida-Free, is offering a 3-week Candida “Kick-Start” course to help anyone ready to start an anti-candida diet, or anyone who just wants to remove refined sugar from their life—and it’s 100% plant-based. Ricki’s plan is the only one out there that offers a viable option to vegans.

Here’s more on it, from Ricki:

The term “candida overgrowth” may not be one that’s bandied about frequently these days, but more and more, people are becoming familiar with the perils of eating too much sugar, and candida (one effect of our high-sugar consumption today) is becoming more common and even recognized by some conventional doctors.

Candida-Related Complex (“CRC,” or simply, “candida”) is a condition where a normally benign yeast, candida albicans, overgrows in the body and morphs into something potentially dangerous. Even mild cases of candida overgrowth can cause symptoms like foggy thinking, yeast infections, allergies, fatigue or digestive upset.

The usual treatment for CRC is a very restricted diet (to remove sugars and starches, candida’s favorite foods; plus any other foods that tax the immune system, such as moldy and highly processed ingredients, alcohol or coffee).

Normally, because animal products are devoid of both starch and sugar, they are a key feature of any anti-candida diet. In fact, most anti-candida diets resemble a modified version of the Paleo approach.

The program includes a full 3-stage plan, list of supplements, shopping lists, meal plan and 5 live calls followed by live Q&A sessions. There’s also a private Facebook group with once-per-week live “office hours” in which Ricki answers your questions that come up during the week. (This is the last time the program will be offered live; after this session, it will be available as a self-study course only).

I will guide you through the transition to eating an anti-candida way, and shares the entire program that allowed her to remove excess yeast from her body and live candida-free. Included in the program is a copy of Ricki’s latest book, Living Candida-Free, which provides further details about the program and includes 100 plant-based recipes that you can use during the program, and beyond.

If you’ve been dealing with symptoms of candida overgrowth, this course could be a lifesaver. And with the personal guidance of someone who’s actually been there and come through the other side, you’ll dramatically increase your chances of long-term success!

The program starts March 5th with an introductory call and continues through the end of March. For more information, participant testimonials or to register, see the Candida Kick-Start page: http://rickiheller.com/kick-start.

Ricki truly is the go-to resource for this issue and I hope you’ll look more into her plan if you’re suffering from Candida.

And Heather and I will see you tomorrow!
