My new cookbook Vegan Baking for Beginners is now available!

I'm delighted to announce that my seventh (7th, what?!) cookbook is coming now out! 

During the winter of 2019-20, with not one single inkling that the world was about to shelter in place and bake all the things, I was developing recipes, living in my kitchen, and writing Vegan Baking for Beginners! 

I've been excited about every book I've ever written but there's something pretty special about this one.

I was never really a baker. You know me, the faster and easier the better - air fry it, pressure cook it, am I right?. But I accidentally started baking a few years ago when I got my first sourdough starter going. I started playing around a little bit but still kept things pretty simple. So when the opportunity arose for me to write a special kind of baking book with two distinct purposes:

  • Help new or non-vegans learn how to bake with plant-based ingredients
  • Help long-time vegans learn how to bake, simply 

well, I couldn't resist.

In this book featuring 75 recipes - sweet and savory! - I will help you learn how to bake like a vegan! And I hold your hand (I swear, I do!) so that you'll confidently bake pies, scones, double-layer cakes, tarts, biscuits, cookies, cupcakes, empanadas, and so much more!
