Sunday evening, the time when many of us realize we have been running around like a mad person all weekend and just sort of collapse.
But what about dinner?
I had the foresight to add a Rustic Crust to my weekly organic produce delivery Thursday.
We put it to good use. When I say “we” I mean Dave; I rehyrdrated a cup of seitan crumbles (I talk about my seitan crumbles here) and Dave took it from there. I love it when my omnivore husband jumps in to make a vegan meal!
The ingredients: Rustic Crust, pizza sauce, Daiya mozerella cheese, onion, garlic, homemade seitan, and black olives.
Dave baked the pizza for about 12 minutes and served it with Louisiana hot sauce and Parma cheese.
The perfect quick and easy Sunday evening meal, sort of homemade!

YUM! I wish my omni bf would step in and make me a vegan pizza! Sigh. He’ll make me fried mushrooms but that’s the extent of his cooking ability.
@a2da25b31bb18ec3b56b64a7de22d4cc:disqus I’m lucky that Dave does like to cook (and he’s good at it)!
