Sausage-style Soy Curl Potato Hash (in the air fryer!)

Hello. My name is JL. And I’m newly addicted to my vegan air fryer.

Yesterday I shared a post on why I started using an air fryer.

Today I offer you more soy and potatoes, but this time as a one-pot (one-fryer?) meal.

We have an air fryer breakfast challenge going on the Vegan Air Frying Enthusiasts Facebook group and I couldn’t resist combining two of my favorite foods: soy curls and potatoes! I served it with a generous sprinkling of cayenne pepper and a bottled sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. The next day for lunch I piled the leftovers over a cabbage salad with a bottled vegan blue cheese dressing … that weird combo totally rocked.

The next morning I tried my hand at an air fryer fruit crumble for breakfast.

Scrumptious.

On to another appliance obsession – pressure cookers! Well, actually, the Instant Pot. As many of you know, the IP was marked down big-time for Amazon Prime Day. If you’re one of those folks who picked up a new Instant Pot, play around with some of my fun recipes! I have over 90 pressure cooking recipes right here on my site

and lots of delicious recipes in my book Vegan Pressure Cooking. Remember: On the Instant Pot, choose the “manual” function to pressure cook! And have fun!

    1. @kathyhester:disqus It’s the most used device in the kitchen right now (because Dave is loving it as much as I am!)

  1. I have had my air fryer for a number of years now, but it is the T-fal one and one heat setting (on and off…) Do you think it will work for this?

    1. @in2insight:disqus , since i haven’t used that device I can’t really say. I suggest you refer to the manual or google to see how to to make a recipe at 400F in the device?

      1. @jerrilynn:disqus Thank you! Good idea. Of course, since I have had the T-Fal for close to 5 years it may be time for a new air fryer… 🙂
