I structure my coaching by asking you to respond to a coaching welcome form indicating your goals. We will have a 45-minute session (phone, Skype or in-person if you’re in the Colorado Springs area) discussing those goals and answering your questions. After our first call I will develop a plan for you to follow. Based on that plan, and your goals, you will select two education modules from my six module approach:
Your health and diet: Working with the five fabulous vegan food groups
In the kitchen: Tips, tricks and techniques
In the world: Grocery stores, restaurants, and beyond
Your compassionate home: Build a kinder closet and environmentally friendly living space
Meal plans: Making a plant-based diet work for you
The social vegan: Family, work and school
We will schedule the final two sessions ten days apart – to give me time to prepare plans for you and to give you time to incorporate the coaching results into your lifestyle. (In the kitchen and Meal plans are the top two choices of my coaching clients!)
