I'm excited to announce the launch of my new private yoga instruction and meditation classes! For meditation, we will start by discussing your overall mindfulness goals. Then, we will co-create a meditative practice that fits into your lifestyle. From there you will learn a variety of meditation techniques to explore and hone.
