This week was pretty raw. The food, that is!
MONDAY: Spring Salad Pizza
I tried to make a raw veggie burger with sprouted lentils. That didn’t work out so well but my failed burger became a delicious pizza!
Also on Monday,

my Gingered Asparagus & Leeks recipe was featured on Meatless Monday!
TUESDAY: Vegan Cuts Launches
I was pleased to announce that my friends at Vegan Backpacker launched a deal website that features exclusive discounts on vegan products and services.
With some freshly sprouted buckwheat groats I made granola bars!
Ginny Messina, The Vegan RD, joined the Vegan 101 series with excellent nutrition tips for vegans.
SATURDAY: A Tale of Two Raw Classes

- Easy Affordable Raw at the Natural Gourmet Institute

I wrapped up the week offering a review of two distinctly different raw class experiences.
Thanks for reading!

Great round up of recipes here, thanks!
Thanks, Christine — I’m try to do a weekly round-up because I know a lot of people just don’t have time to read blogs during the week. And, if people are like me, they subscribe to hundreds of blogs!
all this foods look delicious but i especially like the raw granola bars-yum!
I love the granola bars and my husband, the omnivore, keeps asking “may I have one of the granola bars”? He asks because he knows that some raw foods take a lot of time (in this case, three days sprouting followed by a day and a half of dehydrating! LOL)
