In fact, this weekend I’ll be using GoWISE airfryers and pressure cookers in Kansas City, Scottsdale, and Sedona!

Stacking in the pressure cooker is a life saver when in a hurry
I’ve never used a pressure cooker. I would like to try it!!
That one is sooo pretty! I want to try making chili!!! -Tianna McCormick
I know….it’s gorgeous.
So I am new to the IP and don’t know any hacks but i Don’t have any questions either! Hoping to learn some cool stuff from the pros today!
I only do the basics. Need to learn how to really cook in it.
Breaking up and fighting over who gets the Instant Pot. Winning would solve the problem!
Oh, no!
It’s for the best. 💜
am new to pressure cooking. no questions so far 🙂
I need to learn how to do something other than cook individual ingredients in a pressure cooker.
I don’t have an IP or pressure cooker, but I wish I did!
I’ve never used a pressure cooker. I guess I’m kind of intimidated by them. I’d like to learn the basics of how to use one.
Brown rice in the pressure cooker is amazing. We always struggled with getting good rice on the stovetop but it comes out perfect every time with the pressure cooker!
1 Minute quinoa is my favorite!
I have an old pressure cooker that I use for canning. The thought of making dinner in a pressure cooker is interesting!
I only have stovetop pressure cookers, and I love them, but I would love the convenience of an electric one 🙂 I also loooove the first edition of your book. I’m curious to how the 2nd edition has been improved. Congrats on the new launch!
I guess my number one question is, is it difficult to use?
Not really! As with most things, you might have a slight learning curve … or you may find it super-intuitive!
A little confused about fill levels depending on what is being cooked.
I’ve been pressure cooking for a few years and my favorite “hack” is coming multiple vegetables, stacked in separate baskets, at the same time without mixing the flavors or losing the nutrition to cooking water.
I need to learn how to stack it better to make things faster
I’ve used pressure cookers for many years. Stove top stainless steel for rice and dried beans. Forty minutes for unsoaked pinto beans = great burritos in a hurry!
Never have i ever used a pressure cooker! Number one question.. what is the most common dish made with pressure cookers? Can I cook a whole dinner with it? Also I need to try making new foodss.. my dishes are getting pretty boring and I need some help!!! Good.luck eveeyone!
My question would be do you need to add extra time, when you would use frozen vegetables in place of fresh vegetables?
It depends on the type of vegetable. But most frozen will cook quicker!
Pressure cooked boiled eggs are very easy to peel.
I’m so excited to try an electric pressure cooker! My mom had a stovetop version and I was terrified of it. I’m happy that there are so many safety features on the electric style!
I’m pretty new so I don’t have any hacks but I LOVE LOVE LOVE being able to cook chickpeas from dried to make super quick hummus 🙂
Awesome machine!
Can anything be cooked in it?
Almost! Beans, vegetables, grains, fruit, and nuts and seeds are the five vegan food groups and you can do a little something with all of them in the pressure cooker!
Great – thanks!
I make pasta in pressure cooker.
Would be great to have an extra pressure cooker for those times when one is just not enough.
i don’t have one and would LOVE to change that but can’t afford to. are these teen friendly?
Yes, very teen friendly!
What is the first recipe you would recommend?
Yum lets cook…all things vegan!
I have a stovetop pressure cooker but haven’t used it in years. I’d like to start pressure cooking again.
I’m interested in getting BACK into pressure cooking… it’s a brave new world!
Truth be told… never have I ever used a pressure cooker in my life. It’s kinda shocking because I do love to cook more than anything. I would love to have this in my kitchen and give it a whirl!
Love making baked sweet potatoes in my pressure cooker
I make Chili in the pressure cooker
What’s the secret to not having my beans split when using the pressure cooker?
Never had a pressure cooker
My number one question about pressure cooking is what recipe should I try first or what is the best vegan pressure cooker cookbook.
I have a friend who has one and loves it but I haven’t tried it yet.
haven’t used one yet
I don’t have one, but I’d love to try one out!
I’m new to pressure cooking. How do you convert the cooking time for a recipe you make in a crock pot to cooking time in a pressure cooker?
I’ve never used a pressure cooker before but would love to try! My number one question about it would be – I know they are much safer nowadays than the older ones, but are there any safety precautions that should be taken?
Ready thinking of what I could make in this.
I’m new to it and I think it’s just figuring out what can and can’t be made in it. And also making sure I stick around to turn it off.
I’ve always done vegetables in my pressure cooker, so I don’t really have any hacks.
My “hack” is really just common sense- When performing a quick-release, loosely drape a kitchen towel over the vent so that it doesn’t spray all over the kitchen.
Wow, did NOT know a GoWISE had entered the electric pressure cooker market.
Would love to win. I’d be able to cook more for my family.
I fill up my tea kettle and start heating up the water while I get all my ingredients prepped. Then I use the boiling water for my recipe which helps the cooker get to full pressure a bit faster.
I used a stovetop pressure cooker over 30+ years ago and I was always worried it would explode. Consequently, I didn’t use it often – mostly for beans. I’d like to know what people have found it most useful for as vegan home chefs (other than beans – that’s a no brainer!). Also, do these new pots still have a risk of exploding hot contents all over your kitchen?
I’ve never used a pressure cooker and don’t know much about them so I don’t even know where to begin with a question. It sounds like it would be so convenient!
I’ve never used a pressure cooker. I’m wondering if frozen meat can be used, or if it should be thawed.
I’ve never tried a pressure cooker before so this would give me an excuse to search for some new recipes.
never used one, is it better than a crock pot or similiar?
I would love a pressure cooker. Im a wahm and it would make cooking healthy vegan meals much easier to get done!
I don’t have a pressure cooker nor have I ever used one but I want one so bad. Lol.
i don’t own one so my question is it worth buying if you own a 7 in one crock pot that does steaming, frying, slow cooking etc..
The pressure cooking function can make beans in minutes. Worth it!
Love vegan pressure cooking!!
My favorite pressure cooker hack? Soup and casseroles that take no time at all. Literally dumping in ingredients that become dinner in no time. I made a stew last night with frozen veggies and rice.
I am new to pressure cooking I can not wait to try it out !!
In my pressure cooker, it was cool discovering that I can wrap a small springform pan or a small bundt pan and even bake a cake in it! (Thanks, Lorna Sass!)
my number one question would be, how does one convert stove top recipes to pressure cooker?
I’ve never used one. I’d just like to know the basics and how safe they are to use(being there’s pressure).
I do not have a pressure cooker. I would start with something simple like pinto beans or something.
I always use a timer, to time my pressure cooking. Plus now, I’ve added an Alexa timer, since I have an Alexa in the house. Two timers should do the trick eh?
I’m willing to try anything!
I’ve never used a pressure cooker! My question is why is how does it make cooking easier? And what are the best foods to Cook in it?
I do not have a pressure cooker yet but my mom did when I was growing up and she would use it for cooking and canning food. I want to get one for cooking food because there are so many great recipes that are out and I have heard nothing but positive things about cooking with these.
I’ve never used a pressure cooker but want to try it.
Are they easy to operate? They seem intimidating
I am not new to cooking with a pressure cooker, and I don’t really have any hacks to suggest. The only thing that I love is that you can cook almost anything in these!!
I’ve been wanting one to help with my meal prep, I would love to learn the basics so I could use it for more than my rice.
I currently don’t own a pressure cooker, so I can’t wait to try it out. I love that I will be able to cook a lot more since this will help with my time management. I can enjoy all of my favorites in a much shorter time so I can focus on college work!
What a nice looking pressure cooker! I would love to make cheesy sauce, apple sauce and beans in it! 🙂
I have a pressure cooker- but no hacks! It is a huge stove top one and I don’t use it much.
I’m new to pressure cooking and l’m looking forward to trying it! I don’t have any questions yet.
I do not own a pressure cooker but would love to give it a try. I can remember when my mom and grandmother used the stove top ones when I was young. I need to know the basics of using a pressure cooker.
I’ve never used a pressure cooker before, but I’d love to try it! I’d need to learn the basics of it first
How do you cook veggies without burning them?I am new to presure cooking.
As a future plant-based dietitian and busy full-time student, having a pressure cooker like this, and JL’s book of yummy recipes, would help me prepare meals with my busy schedule, and provide me with a tool that I can use to help educate my future patients and clients. Thank you!
I haven’t tried pressure cooking, and I’m a little curious/wary of the horror stories of pots exploding. I don’t know enough about them to even know if that’s really a thing people have to worry about anymore, though.
my favorite thing to do is “99 it” My pot has a 99 minute button which we press if we aren’t sure what to set it to, or are just lazy…
I love making chili! I’ll be doing that this weekend.
I don’t have one and my question is what type of recipes can I make it it?
What a gorgeous cooker!
I don’t have a pressure cooker but I really want one!
I don’t have a pressure cooker yet. I’m really interested in how well they work
Haven’t used a pressure cooker since I lived at home.. my mom had one. I’m 73 now. It’s been awhile! I just remember how scary it was to de-pressure the pot. Want to see the difference between the olden days and the new pots!
I’m too new to this to have any hacks, but every time I have a question there are so many resources to find the answers, I don’t have any questions at this point. Every time I use my pressure cooker I am happy with the results!
I new and wondering how much quicker food cooks with it?
I have to admit I’ve only used my pressure cooker a couple of times for rice and potatoes. I’ve had it going on 2 months. I’m looking forward to using it for beans and just getting comfortable and confident with using it!
I haven’t used a pressure cooker in years. Every time I get around to buying one, something comes up to drain my bank account. Would love to get one through. Pressure cookers make such a difference when it comes to locking in moisture and making very juicy foods.
I WOULD LOVE TO TRY THIS
I don’t have a pressure cooker. Can you make almost anything in them like a crock pot.?
.
I would love a pressure cooker. I’ve never used one, so I would have many many questions when first using one.
I am interested in pressure cooking.
