Next steps for the book | March and April Vegan Pressure Cooking Classes

Friends, I am so excited! I submitted my manuscript for Vegan Pressure Cooking yesterday! It’s a huge relief.

Here are a few of the most recent I’ve been working on:

Vegan Pressure Cooking | Recipes

From top right, down: Kongbap, Bacon Cabbage, Asian Adzuki Bean, Chili, Cream Kale Miso Soup, Quinoa-Millet Veggie Bowl, White Beans & Greens Soup, Quinoa Pilaf, and Tempeh Tostadas.

So what’s next with the book? Working with the photographer and editing – lots and lots of editing.

And what’s next with anything that’s not the book? I’m working with lots of new clients: I’m off to Natural Products Expo West today representing a corporate client, I’ve been developing meal plans for coaching clients, and I have taken on several new career coaching clients. It feels so good to be back to “normal” life, which also means I can resume my cooking class schedule!

Thanks to you all for the words of encouragement during the past few months. You have no idea how much it meant to me.
