Before I get to the news I wanted to let you know that my team is now planning the second half of my Vegan Pressure Cooking: Beans, Grains, and One-Pot Meals in Minutes book tour! I can’t believe that in the past three months I have taught 25 classes reaching nearly 700 people! We have ten more events scheduled through June, where the student tally will easily go over 1,000, and now we’re ready to schedule classes in July, August and into the fall.
