Good morning from snowy Columbus, OH! I’m warm and cozy in my hotel room, scouring this week’s vegan news for you. I will be teaching a Vegan Pressure Cooking 101 class – which ends with a full dinner – in Columbus tonight (tix on sale ‘until 12 pm EST here). The menu includes Massaged Kale and Avocado Salad, Umami Anasazi Beans over Mushroom Rice, and Hot Gingered Apples for dessert. Mmm Mmm.
