My friends at NOOCH | Vegan Market invited me to visit the store Saturday to answer your vegan holiday cooking questions!
I will be at NOOCH from 1:30 – 3:30 and will do a brief demo at 2:30 – a very simple, colorful, compassionate holiday dish (starring soy curls!).
I’ll have a vegan roast and potatoes with white bean gravy on hand for you to sample (and printed recipes to take with you).
This is a great opportunity to visit an all vegan grocery store and get ready for holiday cooking! Oh, I’ll have copies of Vegan for Her on hand for sale/signing and I will have my Vegan Pressure Cooking postcards with a simple lentil stew recipe to give away, too!
