I have great news! We need only two more people for the deluxe VEGAN trip to Alsace, France in September! And we really do need those last two people to sign up for the trip by next week. So I have developed an incentive!

 

Nine years ago tomorrow I went vegan. And seven years ago next month I walked away from a 25+ year career in the nonprofit and higher education sector to start my vegan business.

Seven years later:

I'm writing my sixth book.

I founded a vegan cooking academy and teach classes monthly.

I provide private cooking classes and coaching to individuals and families.

I write a monthly vegan dining column for a newspaper and am a magazine food, health, and wellness freelance writer.

I am a chef consultant to food and kitchen brands.

I am on the faculty of a university culinary program.

I teach the business of being a successful vegan coach and educator at the Main Street Vegan Academy.

I am a career coach to aspiring health, wellness, and culinary professionals.

And that's why we added an optional career coaching component of the trip for an additional fee.

But I've decided that anyone who goes on the trip has the option to participate in this add-on at no extra cost.*

JL FIELDS CAREER COACHING WORKSHOP

JL has coached health, wellness, and culinary professionals for six years to help them follow a similar career path to hers. In France, she will lead a small group multi-session coaching workshop that will set YOU on your own path to making your vegan professional dream come true.

Through three two-hour workshops, you will

  • Create a vision and mission statement for your vegan professional goal.
  • Identify your skills/area of expertise that you can use immediately in your business.
  • Create a structure for your coaching and/or culinary services (including the development of a coaching session for clients and an outline for teaching a cooking class).
  • Learn how to promote your vegan business.

JL will create a private Facebook group for all participants to continue the professional conversation and mentoring that will allow the learning and professional development to live on beyond France.

*If you would prefer to focus on France, this same coaching component will be offered as a Webinar, exclusive to those who go on my 2019 Vegan Alsace trip, after we return from France.

This coaching component is valued at $395 and now it's INCLUDED in your trip!
