I’m back in Colorado! I wrapped up the vegan cooking class in the UNM culinary program Friday, moved out of the Taos condo Saturday, and Sunday I was busy hosting the annual Colorado Springs Vegan Events Holiday Pop-Up Market (it was a huge success!).
Speaking of vegan Colorado Springs things, today on my weekly radio show my guest is Naomi Call, the executive producer and co-director of the new feature-length documentary film Called to Rescue. We are hosting a public screening of the film right here in Colorado Springs on February 8 (details and RSVP here). The event is free, thanks to a grant from VegFund.
