Here in Colorado it’s been hot, hot, hot and I have been enjoying a lot more smoothies – filled with fresh seasonal fruit and lots of ice – in the morning to try to beat the heat. So I couldn’t have been more thrilled to receive a copy of my friend Tess Masters‘ new book The Blender Girl Smoothies a few weeks ago.
About the book:
The Blender Girl’s incredible, next-level recipes and tips not only make it easy to be healthy, but will change the way you think about smoothies. While blended beverages are all the rage, Tess Masters, author of The Blender Girl, is doing something wildly different in the space. Hailed as “taste sensations” by The Today Show (Australia), Tess takes smoothies to a whole new degree of blending.
