My Easy Vegan radio show premieres Monday!

Remember when I mentioned I was working on a radio show?

It’s happening!

Easy Vegan with JL Fields on KCMJ

I’m really excited about it! About Easy Vegan:

Every Monday at noon Colorado Springs author and cooking coach JL Fields interviews local, national, and international activists, authors, chefs and plant-based leaders. Learn about local vegan and animal welfare events and simple lifestyle and cooking strategies that are good for your health, the environment, and the animals.

Why “Easy Vegan”? Because it’s not that complicated.

Check out the Easy Vegan show page and schedule here.

Lots of folks on Facebook and Twitter have asked if they can hear the show outside of Colorado Springs. YES! The show will air each Monday at 11 am PST / 12 pm MST / 1 pm CST / 2 pm EST – usually live – and streamed online on KCMJ.org. I hope you’ll tune in Monday to hear the premiere episode with the one and only Victoria MoranVictoria is the author of Main Street VeganThe Good Karma Diet and many other books and is, of course, the founder of the Main Street Vegan Academy.
