Peachy Buttery Jam Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups diced peaches/nectarines
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vegan butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring to pressure; cook at pressure for 3 minute
- Quick release
- Mash, add 1 teaspoon of vegan butter, simmer (uncovered) for a few minutes to cook down the liquid.
Great on toast! Great as a topping on vegan ice cream!
