Okay, I’m kidding (-ish).
My vintage pressure cooker collection is growing (thanks to my dear friend Bonnie), though, and I now fondly refer to it as the Vegan Pressure Cooking Museum.
But my real intent in this video was to show you that you don’t need a fancy kitchen to cook plant-based. I introduce you to my very tiny, modest kitchen set-up and my nine year old, teeny cat CK makes a cameo.
After I did this Periscope event I ran to the office to collect my other vintage pressure cookers.
The museum is open for viewing:
Keep in mind, when you hear my “banter” on these videos it’s because it’s a live broadcast and viewers can write comments and ask questions. And that banter led me to a really fun idea!
I should do some kind of Vegan Pressure Cooking Museum grand opening cocktail party as a fundraiser for a nonprofit group that teaches people how to cook vegan or for a farm animal sanctuary!
Hmmm…I just planted my planning cap on tight.
