MixMyOwn is dedicated to promoting a wholesome lifestyle for customers by providing easy to access tools and a simple natural product.   The company strives to promote and support positive breakfast choices and healthy eating habits.

“We believe MixMyOwn.com will find just as many friends here in the US as custom mixed cereal in Europe and Australia,” says David Filipi, one of the founders.

A customer can choose from 31 types of dried fruits including 13 types of freeze-dried fruits, 20 types of nuts and seeds, and other healthy ingredients to add to the bases.

MixMyOwn offers 8 premixed breakfasts, as well, including: Kids Mix, Fitness Mix, Gluten-free Mix, Antioxidant Mix, Tutty Nutty, Very Berry, Strawberry Almond Mix, and Classic Mix, and even these can be adjusted to suit the customer’s unique needs.

    Organic Premium Multigrain Base with Organic Sour Cherries,and Gogi berries.

    The site is so awesome with so many options!

  2. I choose the Whole Grain Honey Almond Vanilla Granola base with freeze dried pineapple, chia seeds, toasted wheat germ, spirulina powder and organic cacao nibs!

  3. Mine would be Gluten Free Premium Base + Apples + Dates + Banana’s + Walnuts + Chia Seeds

  4. I’d choose the five grain muesli base, apricots and blueberries, almonds and chia seeds and hemp protein powder.

  5. I like the idea a lot. I can’t get this in Canada, but I’d probably create some sort of kitchen sink combo with the Organic Whole Grain Oats Muesli Base, banana chips, freeze dried cherries, goji berries, peaches, chia, coconut, corn flax amaranth flakes and cocoa nibs

  6. I would choose the Five Grain Bircher Muesli Base with freeze dried blackberries and chia seeds.

  7. I would make Vanilla Goji Super Seed mix, with chia, hemp and pumpkin seeds (plus goji & vanilla) added to the 5 grain bircher muesli.

  8. I would start with the whole grain and museli base, add dates, coconut, pistachios, toasted wheat germ, and sweetened pineapples!

  16. Those options are amazing! I was a little overwhelmed. I’d probably just save my self an hour of indecision and go for one of the pre-mixed varieties, either the muesli or antioxidant mix.

  24. This is the coolest idea ever! I already spent 15 minutes looking over all the options. I would do all organic ingredients. But oh my, SOOO many options. I would do blueberries, Quinoa puffs, with Whole Grain Oats Base.

    I like to add non -instant dried milk powder to granola, that would be a good extra!
