Why a Month of Mindfulness?
Evidence is growing, showing that mindfulness – which includes stress reduction – has a significant impact on physical and emotional health. But sometimes it feels a bit, well, esoteric.
- What does being mindful even mean?
- Meditation isn’t for me.

- There’s no way I can do yoga!
I get it.
Over the years I’ve slowly dipped my toes into all things mindful. Vegan eating and cooking began many years ago and that led to me writing several cookbooks (eight!) and teaching cooking classes. Then I studied coaching more formally and I began to really understand and appreciate the mind-body connection. That led me to yoga teacher training and additional coaching certifications (health and wellness, nutrition, dietary specialties, mindfulness, meditation, and mindful eating). And now I want to do for mindfulness what I’ve done for you for years when it comes to vegan eating and cooking: Make it easy.
Join me every Saturday in January for 2-hour coaching sessions (2-4 pm EST).
Each session will begin with one hour of learning followed by one hour of doing – that’s how I learn best and I think you might, too.

- Ideally, you will register for the entire four-session series. They are truly connected to overall mindfulness and provide you with a solid foundation to kick off 2023 with intention. The four-session series is $200.
- You can, however, register for one, two, or three sessions ($75 per session).
