I’m a grazer. I like to enjoy my three square meals a day and I love to nosh. I nibble on raw carrot, snap peas, carrots and even fruit but sometimes it’s fun to get creative with raw snacks. Here are some of my favorites.

  1. I do not own a dehydrator and yes I know these are supposed to be raw, but can you offer any insight as to making the savory seed crackers using a conventional oven? They sound fantastic. I love seeds!
