The Little Vegan Cookbook has 500 recipes! Enter to win a copy!

You guys! My publisher has put out a new cookbook! The Little Vegan Cookbook: 500 of the Best Vegan Recipes Ever will be released on June 15, but I’m offering a giveaway for it right now! In fact, two people will win a copy!

About the book:

The Little Vegan Cookbook

You’ll never be at a loss for nourishing fare with The Little Vegan Cookbook!

Vegans and non-vegans alike can satisfy their every craving with this collection of 500 delicious and nutritious plant-based, cruelty free recipes. Compiled from multiple vegan cookbooks and authors, these recipes include hearty main dishes, fresh and light salads, wholesome soups and stews, and surprisingly decadent desserts and baked goods. This pocket-sized vegan kitchen companion will be a staple in your home for years to come!

Guess what’s missing from that description? That over 40 recipes can be made in the pressure cooker! That’s right, recipes from my book Vegan Pressure Cooking: Delicious Beans, Grains, and One-Pot Meals in Minutes are included – I just love that they are considered some of the “best ever”! ?

So, in full disclosure, if you have my book Vegan Pressure Cooking, you already have all the pressure cooking recipes in this book. But, if you love the idea of a handy, compact cookbook that will help make those recipes portable and you want 450-ish other amazing vegan recipes from cookbook authors I admire:

  • Gerrie Lynn Adams
  • Allyson Kramer
  • Joni Marie Newman
  • Tamasin Noyes
  • Colleen Patrick-Goudreau
  • Joshua Ploeg
  • Megan Roosevelt, RD, LD

  1. Cool! My kiddos love to cook and we are in need of more recipes to choose from. I love that your pressure cooker recipes are in there too!

  2. I can’t make anything without a cookbook (and believe me, I’ve tried!) and I just love cookbooks and use them all.

  3. Seriously. You can never have to many cookbooks. I sold over 350 non vegan cookbooks for only $100 last year and now trying to redo my collection vegan, plant based books.

  4. This looks great! I am always looking for new ideas on how to save time cooking!

  5. Always looking forward to finding new great vegan recipes. My heart thanks me every time. (I reversed my heart disease by becoming vegan…with a little help from Dr. Esselstyn).

  6. I’m trying to convince my omni husband to eat plant-based. Having such a large collection of plant-based recipes would help ease the way, I think.

  7. This looks like it is an awesome book.
Congratulations on the 40 of your recipes that are included in this book! I have your pressure cooking book and use it frequently.

  8. Yeah! I’m new at the plant based diet and I’m still finding my way around the recipe world to find the ones we like the most. Then we’ll probably settle in on our favorites as our regulars! Thanks JL, I’m really hoping I win this book!

  9. I love your blog, so I’m sure I’ll love your cookbook too. Thanks for all you do.
I probably don’t “need” another vegan cookbook–cookbooks are not vital needs, but they are convenient, inspiring.and portable.

  10. Cookbooks are inspirational–they inspire me to try new combinations of foods or ingredients that I may not have come up with on my own. You can’t have too many!

  11. I read cookbooks like a novel, cook a bunch of recipes then wait for a new cookbok to be released. I do go back and try new recipes in my older cookbooks, plus make favorites, but I like to wait a few months so that it seems new again.

  12. So many vegan chef Rockstars in one book?! Who wouldn’t want another cookbook? Plus more reasons to use a pressure cooker? Yes, please. Count me in!

  13. Well, I guess need would be a little strong. More like want, desire, covet… ?

  14. Always need another vegan cookbook, need a new potato or cassarole recipe. Thanks

  15. I love that this book has excerpts from multiple books. Such a fun way to try out other chefs and see which ones match my kitchen style (fairly healthy, super simple!)

  16. Why do I need another cookbook? JL is that like the pot calling the kettle black?
    who doesn’t need another cookbook?

  17. I can always use another cookbook – there are lots of recipes online, but I still like having paper books more than using electronic versions.

  18. You can never have too many vegan cookbooks! This one sounds like a good way to get to try many authors’ recipes.

  19. I am working on becoming vegan and also working on becoming such an amazing cook that my family doesn’t realize they’re eating more vegan, just noticing they’re eating really good food. I need all the help I can get. PLUS! I want to find out what pressure cooking is all about! Thank you 🙂
