Happy World Vegan Day! It’s a perfect day for a Virtual Vegan Potluck!

Hi friends!  I’m not sure if you heard but there was a superstorm on the East Coast this week. We call her Sandy.  My husband and I, and our cats, are safe and sound but we lost power Monday and are still without. Which should explain the silence here on the blog.

Last I wrote, I announced the Ginny Messina / JL Fields book, Vegan for Life (woot!).  Since I’m spending most of my days trying to charge my laptop and iPhone in WiFi-enabled coffee shops so that I can work, I’m going to make today’s post short and sweet.

But it’s AWESOME!

Today is the Virtual Vegan Potluck

I can’t think of a better thing for you to do on World Vegan Day (other than pledging to stop eating, wearing, or using animals, forever) than to visit the huge number of blogs that are offering you amazing recipe ideas (Hello, Thanksgiving in the U.S. is right around the corner!).

Please support all of these wonderful blogs by visiting them and letting them know what you think of their recipes.  Since my internet time is quite limited, I would love it if you would come back here and let me know if there are recipes I simply must try so that when I’m back online I can check them out.  Thanks!

  1. I hope you get back into normal power and normal systems soon – but am glad you are ok at least for now. And I am loving the vegan potluck posts 🙂

    1. Thank you, @bitesizedthoughts:disqus ! And I love the potluck posts, too. As soon as I got power back I started bookmarking recipes! 🙂
