Happy New Year!
It's been a busy 2019 already and I'm sure you're feeling it, too.
You may have noticed that I'm not updating the blog too much. Here's the thing: I am engaging with my friends and followers in a real way on social media. The blogging game has changed so much over the years and, for me, this has become much more of a website. A place for you to register for classes, to learn about my latest cookbooks and events, etc. Comments are a thing of the past (I get it; I don't comment on many blog posts either). But I do this vegan stuff because I want to talk to you. To see how I can help you.
And now I do that mostly on Facebook and Instagram. I share recipes directly on both platforms. I share videos and "stories" - in the moment - hoping they are instructive and helpful to you. I have several Facebook groups and right now I have three Cook the Book clubs running in January for Vegan Meal Prep, The Vegan Air Fryer, and Vegan Pressure Cooking.
I also now send out an electronic newsletter every 7 to ten days with news, recipes, giveaways, etc. You can sign up here.
Below you'll find a couple of ways I'm creating content for you on social media: a video that started as an Instagram story and then archived on Facebook, documenting a recent meal prepping session and information on my Cook the Book clubs. I hope to engage with you on Facebook or Instagram in a more meaningful way.
Meanwhile, here, I'll continue to update the vegan cooking class schedule and my calendar of events and engagements and share an occasional recipe!
