Raw Sandwich
Bitt’s Basic Buckwheat Bread, “cheeze spread” (I tossed cashews, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and sea salt into the food processor), red peppers, avocado and romaine lettuce.
Did you eat anything pretty this week?

Not raw, but I make similar sandwiches of toasted ezekiel bread, hummus and then any veggie/avocodo, so I can attest to how SIMPLE and AMAZING these creations are!!!!!!! Breakfast, lunch or dinner–these babies are very versatile.
Very pretty! Most of my meals have been “pretty ugly” lately! Oatmeal and buckwheat bakes can be pretty, but not when you add hemp powder and chlorella. Army green isn’t the most appealing colour for food. I redeemed myself by making a colourful bean salad with chickpeas, kidney beans, red peppers and green beans.
I’m LOL, Tawney. Yeah, sometimes the best “good for us stuff” just isn’t pretty 🙂 But it’s tasty! Your bean salad sounds amazing!
yum! I’ve been noshing in Daikon in many forms.. so good..
Loving Daikon! It’s new too me but have been spiralizing it and adding it to salads. Delicious!
This looks so yummy and pretty! I just want to take a bite!
It was really tasty! Love fresh, crisp meals!
