Pre-Run Sweet Breakfast Burrito

Once again I found myself working on a paper all morning. Suddenly, it was 10:30, I was starving, but I also wanted to go our for a run. I wanted a filling meal, but not so much that I would be uncomfortable running.

I grabbed a Trader Joe’s brown rice tortilla, sunflower seed butter and a banana.

Hit the spot and an hour later, I was out for a run.
