Easy as can be. Scramble (pressed) tofu with onion, tomato, and cayenne pepper on medium-high heat. Add spinach and a few splashes of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, cover and simmer for one minute. Add a teaspoon of flax seed oil, plate and top with a dollop of Guaca-moldy (black bean guacamole).

- Green Chiles (She used 1 small can of green chilies. You can use jalapeño, chili in adobo sauce, however spicy you like it)
