Happy Sunday (and happy Father’s Day to the dads and others who parent!).
I’m writing from a hotel in Golden, CO. Yesterday was day one of VegFest Colorado.
What a fun day! I had a blast talking to folks (and meeting many of you!) about easy ways to prepare meals and, of course, the virtues of pressure cooking! I’m heading back at 10 a.m. and will do a cooking demonstration at 2:15. I’ll do a brief pressure cooking 101 presentation while making a Cucumber & Onion Quinoa Salad.
