Today I’m excited to share that Ginny and I are this week’s featured cookbook authors in the Vegan Mainstream Cookbook Club!
Now of course Vegan for Her isn’t a traditional cookbook. It’s a nutrition book for women on the veg-spectrum (new or long-term vegans, vegetarians, and veg-curious) and the content is driven by my good friend and super-smart vegan nutritionist and registered dietician, Ginny Messina. Ginny wanted to include simple recipes that supported her nutrition information and advice and she invited me to write the 50-recipe cookbook section of the book.
And that’s why I’m thrilled that Vegan Mainstream selected Vegan for Her for the cookbook club! It’s an opportunity for Ginny and I to share recipes from the book – Curry Cashew Butter and Creamy Kale Miso Soup (don’t miss my video Wednesday!) – and to have a conversation with you Wednesday evening via a Google+ Hangout!
