Ah, CIBO Express Gourmet Markets, I love you. A noon flight means shopping for lunch, which is never a problem for vegans flying JetBlue out of JFK in New York.
Lunch today?
Edamame hummus and snap peas for a snack and a Grilled Southwest Tofu Wrap made by Soul Gourmet Vegan Cuisine.

How nice to have vegan food in an airport. Lucky!
It’s really great to see so many options!
Yum. I want a grilled southwest tofu wrap…
Girl, it was GOOD.
CIBO is starting to carry more and more options. I’m not sure if they’re in LGA but the last time I was there I noticed several vegan options. ORD definitely has a bunch at CIBO and I just posted pics of options I noticed at the chain restaurants in Charlotte, CLT. There were surprisingly more than I thought there’d be. Even Moe’s Southwestern Grill carries tofu now.

I’ll bet you notice the increased options in airports more than the average person because of the nature of your work!
Ha. The proximity rule would certainly apply, thats for sure. Airports, gotta love em … eh, no you don’t.
