2. Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival
Join me at the first-ever Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival Saturday, January 10! I will be on the stage for a quick 30-minute demo at 10:30 a.m. with samples of vegan rice pudding (pressure cooked, natch) while sharing five simple ways to add more plants to your diet easily and affordably.
