Happy Monday!
I’m up very early because I have a big day ahead of me! I’ll be doing a television appearance this morning for Fox 31 Denver’s Everyday show – live – during the 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. show. I’ll do a radio interview at 3:00 p.m. on KGNU Boulder’s Metro show.
Why?
To talk about VegFest Colorado,
which is Saturday and Sunday (my cooking demo is at 12:30 p.m .Sunday and Ginny will make a guest appearance!) at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden, CO, and to talk about Vegan for Her…
…which is now in stock at the Barnes and Noble on North Academy in Colorado Springs (and most likely at your local B&N, too!).
If time allows I’ll provide some vegan yummy’s for Chris Parente, the Fox 31 host, to enjoy, including Curry Cashew Butter & Mango Chutney finger sandwiches (an adult PB&J!),
Nut butter whips up smooth and perfect in my new Breville Sous Chef food processor!
a quickie vegan twice-baked (but not really) potato and Field Roast sausage.
