Last night I sat down with Periscope and did a live broadcast:”Got questions about going vegan and/or vegan pressure cooking? Ask NOW!” I had no idea if people would join in and ask questions. Well, they sure did! We chatted and bantered about dining out with non-vegans, pressure cooking, slow cooking, Temecula, CA, how to prepare food for non-vegan family members (umami!), to TVP or not to TVP, grilling veggies, my suggestions for your first pressure cooked and more.
