For the Spicy Zucchini Strips or Zoodles*

1 large zucchini

Balsamic vinegar

Red pepper flakes

For the full salad, toss the zoodles with:

Fresh chopped cilantro

Black beans

Chopped red onion

Roasted corn on the cob: air fried with vegan butter and chipotle powder

For the Grilled Romaine Salad 

1 head romaine lettuce

Lemon Juice

Minced garlic

Salt + Pepper

Nutritional Yeast

Crushed cashews
