Last night I arrived safe and sound in Cincinnati.
I have to tell you, traveling with two pressure cookers, an induction cooker, and chef knives is a bit nerve-wracking. A) Hello, I’m a flag for TSA! B) Please. Don’t. Break. C) Don’t lose my luggage. So when everything arrives in the city for which it was destined and intact, well, whew! I’m super excited about my class at Park + Vine tomorrow (tickets still available!)
While I’m in Cincinnati, my monthly vegan dining review is in today’s Colorado Springs Gazette! Check out Adam’s is the place for tofu.
I’ve been busy in my hotel room this morning (never. too. much. coffee.). I put the finishing touches on my March JL goes Vegan newsletter. Do you subscribe? Let’s just say this: email list ONLY giveaway of Vegan Pressure Cooking in March! You can sign up here: http://eepurl.com/9PFdb.
I also sent out next week’s Real World Vegan Meal Plans to our subscribers this morning. People really responded to our weekly newsletter that we sent out yesterday (that’s another email list you might want to join: http://eepurl.com/9XcnX) – Simple ways to make bulk-cooked foods taste yummy – which included five ways to use bulk-cooked brown rice and black beans. Bulk-cooking + easy, convenient meals are what we’re all about! And…

It’s time to get back to work (submitting a federal grant proposal for a client, lunch with Facebook friends, and grocery shopping for tomorrow’s class). Oh, if you’re in Columbus, be sure to grab a ticket to the Sunday night class + dinner here: https://veganpressurecooking-columbus.eventbrite.com

Thanks, Bianca!
JL, speaking of Adams, if you get time mosey on up to Mt. Adams – a nifty part of town.
