Being a food blogger means being offered fun things to sample and review. I’ve been doing less of it recently, because there are just not enough hours in the day and I hate to disappoint anyone, but I’m able to catch up today because I recently made a nut-based milk pea protein smoothie featuring two new-to-me products.
A Delicious Nut-Based Milk Pea Protein Smoothie
I was recently provided a few sample packets of Naturade Pea Protein (vanilla flavor).
And So Delicious cashew milk
Let’s just say that I have been in a smoothie rut and combining the Naturade pea protein powder with So Delicious cashew milk has me craving a hearty morning drink for breakfast again!
I started with 10 ounces of cashew milk and the entire packet of pea protein powder
and added one cup of frozen blueberries.
A perfect smoothie! Thanks to Naturade and So Delicious for the opportunity to samples their tasty products!

Just wanted to say thanks. I’ve been looking for protein powder that is plant based and was having difficulty finding one that was even remotely reasonably priced. This one is! I’m excited to try it. And thanks for all you do. I’ve learned many good things from your facebook posts. PS: I love your graphic. It suits you!!!
@f3af47ff4c7d7d9827c8586400a3ce4a:disqus, thank you so much for your kind words and I’m SO GLAD that you found this helpful! I’m with you. I find a lot of the vegan protein powders overpriced. This Naturade product is reasonably price and delicious!
I wanted to try the cashew milks, I haven’t seen them anywhere in that city where SoDelicious is based in, maybe I will ask the folks there. Pea protein is great, I would love to try it!
@veganmiam:disqus, I get in a nut milk rut and I must say that cashew is a really nice addition to my diet. YUM!
