A new reader recently asked if I only planned to share recipes made in the pressure cooker. Since I am writing a vegan pressure cooking cookbook it’s hard to avoid – and I think all of you should be using a pressure cooker (I kid, sort of!) – but today I decided to share some of my recipes from…wait for it…the oven! Yes, I occasionally bake my meals and you can, too, on this Meatless Monday!

I’ll have to try that Hot Holiday Breakfast bowl!! I just got a new bottle of Bee-Free Honee (I’ve been out for WAY TOO LONG!).
Oh, Bianca, we used bee free honee on brussels sprouts in a class I taught a few weeks ago – the students loved it! That stuff is amazing!
Hey thanks for the oven recipes! The qrunch burger napolean looks awesome! I’ll have to see if my local Earth Fare carries them…
This post was for YOU, @disqus_sSyM7kreWS:disqus! 🙂 We LOVE the qrunch burgers!
Thanks so much! Have you ever seen or developed a way to make homemade qrunch burgers? Hmmm… *consults google*
Oh, @disqus_sSyM7kreWS:disqus, let us know know if you create one!
I was wondering when your pressure cooker cookbook will be ready? I am new using one and can use all the help I can get. Wish I could come to your classes!
Nancy, the book is due out Jan. 2015. I wish you could come to a class, too! Did you see the online workshop I put on last month? It’s here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e0JU7unLTs
