If you’re new to this blog I should explain right away that I’m cuckoo for kale. When Ginny Messina and I were writing Vegan for Her she had to drop me a note along the lines of “I love kale, too, but could you consider using other greens in your recipes, like collard greens?” Oops!

Haha. That’s funny! Kale really is amazing! But I wish someone would come out with a decent pre-packaged, chopped, and washed kale. I’m super lazy and I hate washing kale. And the packaged stuff I’ve purchased always has lots of stems in it (yuk!). But until then, I’ll keep buying, washing, and chopping my own. 🙂
You’re right, Bianca, I haven’t see pre-packed yet! Now, I’ve seen frozen but I haven’t quite gone there … yet! 🙂
Oh KALE! How I LOVE KALE! I made a lentil-based shepherdess pie tonight and that would have been a lovely addition! Must remember for the next time. 🙂
Let me know if you do, @rachelinveganland:disqus!
