Perfect timing! ….My husband and I just bought asparagus at the grocery store tonight and I wanted to do something different with them. Now, I just have to decide which recipe to use!

What’s there not to love, come on! How about “straight up” raw and unseasoned? Great dipped in hummus. Vegan yogurt? Grilled with curry? Smokey paprika? The options are endless.
