Happy May! I’m putting the finishing touches on a presentation I’m doing later today and as I was looking at my calendar I thought a couple of things.
- Whew, I’m already tired (but grateful!).

May 26: Main Street Vegan Academy, New York, NY
I am honored to be a member of the Main Street Vegan Academy faculty; I teach a class on how to combine one’s life experience with the MSVA training to create a viable vegan business now. I also join Victoria Moran for an informal conversation on writing and publishing books.
