Happy Friday, friends! What a busy a week – and it’s still going! I’m busy today working with clients and, in between, prepping for the blogging panel at The Seed! (Want 10% off tickets? Follow this link.) I hope to see you tomorrow morning!
Since I have a busy week – and a busy day ahead of me – I thought I would quickly share some food fun. Just a few meals via Instagram (follow me at jlgoesvegan!).
Brunch with my husband at Sacred Chow. Better than Biscuits and Gravy for him.
Tempeh Hash (Make it a Po’ Boy) for me.
Quick and easy dinner 1: chickpeas, broccolette, nutritional yeast and vegan butter over a baked yam.
Quick and easy dinner 2: whole wheat wrap with hummus, chopped celery, red onion, tomato and arugula (and a little vegan Worcestershire sauce, because it sounded good. It was).
And this perfect pre-run breakfast: melted peanut butter and Marmite (a source of B12!) on toast.
What fun food did you eat this week?

You always have the best foods… I want to follow you around and eat one day. 🙂
Marmite is awesome! Heather introduced me to it a couple of weeks ago and I am on the hunt for my own jar.
Let’s follow each other around! Food field trip! I think Marmite is so crazy and so good!
Marmite?! Oh no no no, Vegemite baby! 😉
I haven’t tried it yet and want to!
