Hey everyone! I wanted to start today with some fun news! Head on over to The Taste Space to enter to win a copy of Vegan Pressure Cooking! I truly appreciate Janet’s kind words about the book!
In my post Monday I talked about bulk cooking whole foods and then swinging by the store for fresh produce and a few convenience foods over the weekend. Before I went to the store, I sorted through my stack of coupons and discovered that I have several that expire on 12/31/14.
I want to give them to you!
If you’re in the U.S. and can use the coupons before year-end, enter this giveaway and I’ll get them in the mail to you ASAP!

Coconut ice cream tub + a spoon is my favorite way!
We like a little sprinkle of Daiya over tofu scramble, or in Stromboli and also tacos. So Delicious’ whipped topping is crazy good! It was a huge hit at Thanksgiving and the perfect topping for pumpkin and chocolate cream pies. I also enjoy their plain coconut yogurt mixed with granola. Their ice cream is also yummy!
cheese and crackers!
Pizza!
I like to use it on pizza.
We use Daiya to top chili and tacos, and my stepdaughter likes the slices on her school lunch sandwiches with Tofurky. We use SoDelicious coffee creamer daily (vanilla barista style) and indulge in other treats from time to time (hello, coco whip!). We would definitely use these coupons.
I use Daiya slices on my sandwiches melted in the oven. The shreds I use on everything: over potatoes, on top of chili, in crescent roll roll-ups. 🙂

I use Daiya for eggplant lasagna and enchiladas all the time. Love how it melts perfectly and even non-veggie friends like it!
I love Daiya for pizza, or melt some in my tofu scramble or burritos, or in a nut-based cheezey sauce to make really indulgent mac’n’cheeze. I use So Delicious French Vanilla Coconut Creamer pretty much every day in my coffee! Love it!

A Daiya pizza sounds good right ABOUT NOW…

Oh god, I use So Delicious products not necessarily in recipes, but I SURVIVE off of them. The almond milk yogurts triple as breakfasts, part of lunches, and snacks. And their GF cookies and cream ice cream? I OBVIOUSLY need that to survive.
GREAT news! I found extra coupons so I was able to pick five winners! Congrats!
