Well…. it looks like my baby The Vegan Air Fryer was born early!
Okay. Not exactly! This was the first shipment of books I ordered for the book tour. They arrived in New York last week and my friend Ilse sent me this video. Holy moly, it’s exciting!
And speaking of NYC…I start traveling in May for the book tour and I’ll be in New York City for three weeks. I’m offering private NYC kitchen coaching (to help you master your pressure cooker or Instant Pot) as well as career coaching for those of you developing a vegan health and wellness practice. Learn more about those services on my Facebook shop.
Here are the first stops on the tour:
- May 6 – El Paso, TX – Vegetarian Society of El Paso Spring Dinner
- May 7 El Paso, TX – The Vegan Air Fryer and Vegan Pressure Cooking demonstration class
- May 13 and 14 – New Orleans, LA – NOLA Veggie Fest
- May 20 – New York City – NYC Vegetarian Food Festival
- June 3 – Ottawa (Canada) – Ottawa Veg Fest
- June 4 – St. Catharines (Canada) – Niagara VegFest
- June 11 – Tustin, CA – Vegan Cookbook Club

Go here for additional June appearances, as well as July, August, September, and October appearances: The Vegan Air Fryer book tour.
Also in May, I’m appearing at a fun and informative online summit: For the Love of Food summit. I wrote about it yesterday in my newsletter.
I’m delighted to be one of the featured experts! Get all the details about what you can expect from my appearance at the summit here: JL’s April newsletter.
Finally, there’s a new must-read book out.
Ginny Messina joined me on Easy Vegan this week to talk about the book she co-authored, Even Vegans Die. It’s a tremendous resource for all of us – as advocates as well as individuals who must one day deal with death and dying.

Yay! So excited about this book!! I really cannot wait to start doing more creative stuff in my air fryer. 🙂 I wish I could come see you at NOLA Veggie Fest. It’s just a quick trip down from Memphis, but I’m all traveled out for awhile.
We have to see one another soon, Bianca! I want to squeeze you!
