He returns to the show to share the last evidence-based research on plant-based diets, how “skillpower” trumps willpower, and offers simple ideas (leafy greens, berries, beans, overnight, healthy habits. overnight oats and cookbooks!) to help form new healthy habits.
At the end of the show, I share with you my thoughts on how we look at ourselves in the New Year (spoiler alert: it’s about acceptance, not dieting).
