AGING COMPASSIONATELY
A judgment-free sleep, diet, and exercise coaching support group.
I've created a space for vegan, plant-based, or plant-curious 50+-year-olds to explore and create health, wellness, and nutrition goals that are focused on kindness: to oneself, the planet, and all beings.
No dogmas! This is not about defying aging, chasing skinny, or looking 25 at 75.
This group is about embracing your age, your experiences, and your wisdom. It's an opportunity, among peers, to identify and focus on what's important at this stage of your life. You'll get 1:1 coaching support + peer support to achieve your goals.
The monthly $49 membership fee includes:
- 90 minutes of coaching support:
- One 30-minute private 1:1 coaching with Coach JL each month
- 60-minute group (accountability check-in + wellness education topic + goal setting) each month. Day and time will vary monthly to accommodate varied time zones; wellness presentations will be recorded.
- 24/7 access to the Aging Compassionately Text-based Group Chat
- Private Text-based Chats with Coach JL (weekly; client-driven)
OPTIONAL: For all new members, schedule an additional 45-minute nutrition coaching session in the first month of membership to create your personalized plant-based nutrition plan (balanced, low-carb, low-fat, or macro-based options available). You can then use your monthly 1:1 coaching session with Coach JL to create monthly action plans to meet your nutrition goals. $55 (regularly $75) one-time fee
