I love wrapping up food in collard greens!
TVP + Miso Mayo Collard Green Wrap
- 1 cup of TVP (to 1 cup veggie stock, let soak for 20 minutes)
- 1 t tomato paste
- 2 t apple cider vinegar
Mix and spoon into a raw collard green, add a dollop of Miso Mayo
Wrap and enjoy!
